Selina Jarrett's Big Dream for Douglasville, Georgia

My big dream is to start an upscale summer day camp program for disadvantaged children in my community by May of this year. The summer camp is designed to develop self-esteem, dignity,leadership skills and study skills for low and moderate income families whose children would otherwise go without. Our summer camp will offer Christian-based collegiate curriculum for all ages, and we will offer extracurricular classes such as dance, art, swimming, movies, and trips to the zoo, museum, etc. This will be a fun summer camp to be remembered by the children. The summer camp will also provide a few jobs in our community. We are looking for partners and investers.
