Goosebumps Party

Goosebumps Party Ask guests to come dressed as vampires, monsters or favorite ghouls from the Goosebumps book series. Set up a ghostly maze in the backyard or throughout your house. The first one who makes it through the maze wins a copy of one of the Goosebumps books. Or, create a mystery that guests have to solve. Set up clues throughout the house and give prizes for the team that guesses correctly. Serve themed food and drinks, such as eyeball punch. Kids will have a scary good time!
Decorating Ideas:
  • Hang a skeleton in the doorway to greet guests as they arrive.
  • Place splatters of green “goo” (play-doh or “Slime” would work) on tables, lamps or on the floor. Check the label to make sure that your “goo” won’t stain furniture and flooring before using.
  • Pumpkins, boiling cauldrons (made by using dry ice) and cardboard tombstones are all good decorating items.
Gatherings with Purpose Idea:
  • Help those who howl – ask attendees to bring items to be donated to a local animal shelter. More ideas>>
